Richelle has been practicing law in the State of Florida for twenty years. After serving in the United States Air Force, she graduated with high honors from The University of Tampa with a Bachelor’s Degree in 1998. She attended Stetson College of Law and graduated with Honors in 2002, earning her Juris Doctorate. After 15 years of practice, Attorney Marsico returned to Stetson Law to further master her trial skills and graduated with Honors in 2018, earning her Masters of Law in Advocacy.
Attorney Marsico has dedicated her legal career to helping individual clients at the trial and appellate levels. She began practicing in the areas of complex commercial litigation, civil litigation and family law for Stein Law Group in Saint Petersburg, Florida. She launched her own private practice in Tampa, Florida, where for many years she practiced civil litigation and maintained her commitment to families in need, whether faced with a divorce or custody battle. Attorney Marsico also served as Appellate Counsel for the Office of the Public Defender for the Second Judicial Circuit of Florida where she handled felony appeals.
Since, she has served the clients of Marsico Law throughout North Florida. Attorney Marsico practices primarily in the area of Family Law Appeals while also handling select Custody matters at the trial level. She appreciates the personal and often emotionally-trying nature of these types of disputes. After all, family law matters can often tear at the heart of that which lies most near and dear to all of us – our family and more often than not, our children. The process, if not well managed, can quickly become overwhelming. Richelle will remain in your corner as you begin a new chapter in your life or adjust to new circumstances involving your family. Attorney Marsico serves clients throughout North Florida. She handles all types of family law appeals, from those involving Alimony, the Distribution of Marital Assets and Liabilities, Parenting Plans, Child Support, and Relocation, to Awards of Suit Money/Attorney's Fees. She also takes on select Child Custody cases at the trial level where her caseload permits.
